This week instead of our usual Trek Discussion what we get into this week is talk about what was on Pop Culture during the 1966-1967. We start by discussing music that was hitting number 1 in the country at the time. This includes the Beatles and the Monkees, mostly, but also Sinatra and Simon and Garfunkle. From there we hit the top movies of the era and the get down and dirty discussing the rest of the television landscape of the era. This includes the light hearted fair of My Three Sons that was in the same time slot (and beating) Star Trek. We discuss the Emmy Winning Desilu show Mission: Impossible and also the wack Avengers tv show!
